ACRE [Australia’s Creative Rural Economy] is an initiative based in the communities in northern Victoria and southern NSW.
The ACRE Team is headed by Ian Tully, Director of the Swan Hill Regional Art Gallery and supported by a passionate group of artists, farmers, community development workers and arts workers.
Since 2009 the ACRE team have run seminars, events and projects which look at ways that art and agriculture intercept with history, community resilience and future planning.
